Nutrition & Personal Training


Because nutritionists receive post secondary training in subjects like physiology, biology and nutrition, they may know which types of nutrients and foods speed up their clients’ metabolism, helping their clients to lose weight.
They can also assess their clients’ current eating habits, develop meal plans for their clients and share researched information about the impact of diet and weight on factors like mood and body image. As their clients continue to meet with them, nutritionists can monitor their clients’ progress, offer encouragement and recommend additional dietary changes to help their clients achieve their weight goals.

Personal Training

Heather Reagan has 17 years experience in the fitness industry. Being a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and group fitness instructor all over Southern California and also in Nashville TN. She was a competitive Track and Field athlete through college and post college. She has trained high school, college and professional athletes. She has been part of California State University Fullerton's Strentgh and conditioning programs coaching Men's baseball, women's softball, soccer and tennis teams. She has a sports medicine background with a bachelors of science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and conditioning and a minor in Nutrition. Heather is currently traveling and training in home clients and is also a part of the fitness training team at CFS Fitness camp a live in weight loss camp in Madeira Beach FL. Where shes teaching beach boot camps and energizing dynamic fitness programs including plyometric training, strength and agility training and an assortment of water sports.
